Who am I?

I’m Hichem Ben, you can call me “The data-driven guy”. In my journey as a CRO and Analytics consulatnt, I've had the privilege of partnering with diverse clients from various sectors including: E-commerce, Software, Education, Non-profit and B2B SaaS from 4 different continents. I've consistently delivered outstanding results for those companies as a full-time worker, contractor, and as a consultant. Example of those businesses are: U.S. agencies such as FromTheFuture , e-commerce businesses like Doman Learning. This previous experiences have allowed me to engage in comprehensive CRO projects, from in-depth conversion research into the testing phase through A/B testing.

Experience as E-commerce lead

I worked as E-commerce Lead with an e-commerce business in Africa called Joom DZ for 14 months in digital marketing and Ecommerce, and here is what I did:
  • Design and Creation of an online ecommerce store, and monitoring of the user experience during the 14 months

  • Building the front end of the Beta version of an Islamic Crowdfunding platform using Nuxt.js, Typescript, and Tailwind.css for the company, leading to successful fundraising for the next 6 months. I built more than 60% of the front, in a small development team. Beta version Link
  • Optimizing platform SEO, and working on the onboarding process optimization.
  • Defining and integrating the analytics stack for the platform before the launch to track user experience and collect needed data( The use of google analytics, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar)
